Will the app help me improve my speaking skills?
The lingoni FRENCH app will help you improve your reading, writing, listening and pronunciation skills. In order to improve your fluency, you will need to speak French on a regular basis with someone who knows the language well enough (B2 or higher). Private lessons with a qualified native teacher are also advisable, as this gives you a lot of speaking time and your mistakes will be corrected so that you will improve faster. An additional way to boost your speaking skills is by meeting up with a language exchange partner.
How do I subscribe?
Select a plan of your choice and hit the "Subscribe" button. Follow the instructions and complete the payment to subscribe.
What do I get after I subscribe?
You'll get access to 300+ videos (including 170 exclusive videos that you can't find on YouTube), 200+ worksheets, 54+ podcasts and lots of interactive exercises. There are three learning categories: lessons, podcasts and vocab training. For each category, there are a number of interactive exercises you have to complete in order to get to the next level. You need to get 60% correct to advance to the next level. Interactive exercises consist of translations (EN-DE), filling in blanks, building sentences, describing pictures, correcting mistakes and listening to a word or phrase and then typing it. 12 Months and Lifetime Subscriptions give you access to our pronunciation feature. Our Lifetime subscription also includes our OneDrive folder with all of our material for you to download.
What happens when my subscription expires?
You will no longer have access to the "lingoni FRENCH" app if your subscription lapses, but there's no need to worry because you can easily re-subscribe and even opt for a longer subscription plan. Your progress won't be lost as long as you don't delete your account permanently.
What should I do in case I forgot my password?
Click the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the instructions to reset your password using your login email ID. In case, you forgot your email ID, please contact support@lingoni.com for further assistance.
Which browser should I use?
We recommend using Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari. Please do NOT use Internet Explorer, the app will not work with this browser.
Why can't I see the Pronunciation feature on my Dashboard?
1) The Pronunciation Feature is only available to premium users (12-month and lifetime memberships) 2) The feature is functional on Android and Windows. iOS does not allow audio recording as required by our Pronunciation feature.
How Can I Reset My Progress?
[3/6/12 Months Subscriptions]: You can reset your progress up to 3 times by sending us an email to info@lingoni.com and stating the lessons/podcasts/vocabs you would like us to reset. Master Resets are also possible meaning that we can reset your progress to 0. [Lifetime Subscriptions]: You can reset your progress as many times as you like by sending us an email to info@lingoni.com and stating the lessons/podcasts/vocabs you would like us to reset. Master Resets are also possible meaning that we can reset your progress to 0.

Refund Policy
You are eligible for a refund if you send us an email within 14 days of your purchase to info@lingoni.com and if you haven't completed/downloaded more than 5 learning units (lessons/podcasts/vocabs/milestone tests/PDF worksheets) all together. Lifetime subscribers are not eligible for a full refund. We deduct 199€ from the refund which is the value of our OneDrive folder that Lifetime subscribers have access to. For all refunds, we charge a 10€ processing fee.
